Job DescriptionMid-Level Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst - TS/SCI. This contract provides Intelligence Analysis and Scientific Analysis in support of the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA).
Responsibilities include:
- Conducts analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voice prints, facial recognition features, and behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks.
- Fuses identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
- Analyzes friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community.
- Supports the production and coordination of doctrine and policy documents, in accordance with applicable DoD authorities and guidance, to facilitate and advance I2 across the DIE.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance and CI Poly eligibility.
- 3 years of experience conducting identity intelligence analysis or personnel vetting, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Experience fusing intelligence with biometric modalities (fingerprints, iris scans, facial recognition, phone numbers, voice patterns, DNA, etc.).
- Familiarity with contract control numbers or bid identifiers.
- These positions provide CONUS/OCONUS support Monday-Friday in three shifts (1st is 8am-4pm; 2nd is 4pm-12am; 3rd is 12am-8am). Shift assignment is provided at INDOC on first day of work. Interested candidate should be open to any shift assignment.
