Network Monitoring Analyst - SHIFT

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Montioring Analyst to support a 2+ year Department of Defense program focused on Marine Corps enterprise network operations and incident response. This position is on-site in Quantico
, Virginia
. The Network
Montioring Analyst will provide Tier I/II network monitoring and troubleshooting support to ensure the availability and performance of mission-critical network infrastructure. This position supports shift work in a 24x7 environment with first, second, and third shifts available.

• Monitor enterprise network environments and respond to network events, outages, and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I/II network incidents while escalating complex issues as needed.
• Utilize the Remedy ticketing system to document, track, and manage service requests and incident resolution.
• Support 24/7 network operations through shift-based coverage schedules and maintain operational awareness of network health.

• 3+ years of Information Technology experience with a focus on network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
