Streamline Defense is seeking a junior-level Weapons Systems Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

• Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
• Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
• Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
• Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions
• Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process
• Provide analysis and operational insight on foreign and adversary weapon systems, including simulating red force capabilities and supporting threat modeling
• Research and analyze global threat weapon systems and tactics
• Support joint and service-level exercises with realistic Red Force planning input, threat laydowns, and engagement scenarios
• Collaborate with Blue Force analysts to assess system vulnerabilities
• Produce briefings and reports on adversary capabilities and their strategic implications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Experience analyzing foreign weapon systems or supporting Red Force / OPFOR planning
• 3+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (an additional 4 years of relevant experience, 7 years total, may substitute for the degree)
• Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and to apply structured analytic techniques

• Exercise or wargame support experience
• Prior military weapons, fires, or S&TI background
