Obsidian Solutions Group seeks a Program Manager to lead the USMC MOCTT and MOCTT-related MISTC training efforts at Quantico, VA with occasional travel to distributed sites. You will oversee contracts, staff, budgets, and schedules to ensure mission readiness and alignment with USMC directives.
The role requires 8–10 years in DoD/USMC training or IT programs, PMP/DAWIA certifications, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred. On-site with travel to MOCTT and MISTCs.
