Mentor Technical Group (MTG) is seeking a Food Quality Assurance Auditor to perform audits on base dining facilities under the USMC contract. The role is on-site, rotating through mess halls, kitchens, and related spaces, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
The candidate will mentor staff, coordinate with QA evaluators, and help drive continuous improvement in quality and safety across facilities. Strong knowledge of FDA Food Code and Serv Safe certification are preferred.
