US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class customer experience in the firearms department;
Conduct solution-based selling including accessories and services while ensuring regulatory compliance;
Maintain inventory and records management in adherence with ATF/FFL and other regulations;
Mentor and train firearms employees to achieve best practices and brand standards;
Support store operations (POGs, replenishment, cash handling, backroom organization, and opening/closing duties) and participate in year-end inventory
