Customer Service Rep (4350) – 338 Potomac Ave

We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. You will work part‑time or full‑time at Domino’s Pizza, handling customer orders, operating equipment, and maintaining store cleanliness.

• Operate store equipment, including ovens and pizza cutters.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work areas.
• Prepare products and assemble pizza orders.
• Receive and process telephone and in‑person orders.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Cut and box products.
• Deliver orders to drivers and customers.
• Maintain accurate monetary calculations and change.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Assist with store maintenance and inventory.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
• Provide verbal, written, and telephone service to customers.
• Coordinate eye–hand movements for rapid and precise tasks.
• Possess motor coordination for handling food items safely.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass company background checks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under stress.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and operate equipment as described in physical requirements.

• Indoor temperatures ranging from 36°F to above 90°F.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Working equipment such as ovens, dough cutters, and pizza peel.
• Exposure to varying weather when performing outside tasks.

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching.
• Safe handling of hot and cold surfaces, knives, and heavy equipment.
