US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Provide world-class customer service to MCX customers and act as a brand ambassador for MCX programs;
Assist customers in all aspects of the retail operation in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner;
Learn basic product knowledge to support customer satisfaction and service;
Perform store operations tasks including customer and register transactions, planogram revisions, merchandising, and backroom upkeep per 5S standards;
Support various roles ( cashier, self-checkout, customer service, stockroom) and adapt to indoor/outdoor work environments as needed
