Job DescriptionPrescient Edge is seeking a CI Surveillance Course (CSC) and Counter surveillance / Surveillance Detection (CS/SD) Instructor to support a government client.

- CSC provides a national capability for CI Agents to plan, conduct, and debrief discreet CI surveillance operations in support of CI missions. Graduates of this course can proficiently conduct discreet CI surveillance and closely observe the activities of a person of CI interest without compromising a CI investigation or operation.
- The CS/SD course focuses on planning, developing, and executing counter surveillance in support of surveillance detection to protect personnel and operations. Students develop a solid background in the areas of surveillance methodologies, counter surveillance mission planning and execution, and surveillance detection techniques and execution.
- Both courses consist of classroom and practical exercises that frequently exceed 8-hour days and as such, requires work after hours, on weekends, and some holidays, and the ability to travel. This is a five week course.
- The security clearance required is TS/SCI.
- Must be a graduate of the JCITA CI Surveillance course, JCITA CS/SD course, AFCITC, or an Intelligence Community, Federal or State Law Enforcement school equivalent and must have a minimum of seven (7) years' experience conducting CI surveillance.
- The Senior-Level CI SME/Instructor - Surveillance/Counter surveillance instructor shall be able to sit or stand for up to 2 hours at one time and be able to walk for up to 7 miles in one day.
