Provide services and support as a Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) Threat Analysis Center Support Services (Behavioral Psychology Specialist) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) | DITMAC / Insider Threat Management Division Generally Located In CONUS

Conduct behavioral assessments to identify potential insider threats within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) environment.

0008007) Candidates:
- Possess a forensic background with experience in at least one of the two areas of operations:
Threat assessment + Support to counterintelligence - A demonstrated understanding of making eligibility and access determinations for sensitive information related to workplace violence prevention.
- A demonstrated understanding of the DoD population through work experience directly supporting the military or DoD.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with the greater threat professional community.
- American Board of Professional Psychology Certification in either Clinical Forensic or Police and Public Safety
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- Possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology or Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD), with a clinical and/or forensic background, and be actively licensed in clinical forensic or police and public safety
- Actively licensed Psychologist in any of the 50 States or territories.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of clinical and/or forensic psychology.
Skills Required
- Expertise in behavioral psychology, threat assessment, and profiling; experience in federal security environments.
