Position: All-Source Analyst - Senior

Overview

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior All-Source Analyst to support intelligence operations at the Russell-Knox Building in Quantico, Virginia. The successful candidate will conduct strategic all-source and counterintelligence analysis, integrate information from multiple intelligence disciplines, and develop high-quality intelligence products for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

This position requires strong research, critical-thinking, writing, and briefing skills, along with a thorough understanding of Intelligence Community analytic standards and established all-source research tools.

Responsibilities
  • Research, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple intelligence disciplines and sources, including HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and other relevant intelligence reporting.
  • Identify intelligence gaps, emerging threats, trends, patterns, relationships, and potential implications for supported missions.
  • Use Intelligence Community databases, research platforms, and analytic tools to collect, assess, and synthesize complex information.
  • Develop comprehensive intelligence assessments, executive summaries, briefings, information papers, threat products, and other analytical deliverables.
  • Produce clear, concise, and well-supported intelligence products tailored to senior policymakers, military leaders, defense officials, and other mission stakeholders.
  • Apply Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft standards, including those established under Intelligence Community Directive 203 and Intelligence Community Directive 206.
  • Evaluate the credibility, reliability, relevance, and sourcing of intelligence information.
  • Ensure analytic conclusions are supported by available intelligence and clearly distinguish between confirmed information, assumptions, judgments, and intelligence gaps.
  • Provide formal and informal briefings to government customers, senior leaders, and mission partners.
  • Collaborate with analysts, collectors, operational personnel, and interagency stakeholders to support intelligence requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of geopolitical, military, security, and counterintelligence developments relevant to assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Support quality-control and peer-review activities to ensure intelligence products meet customer and Intelligence Community standards.
  • Respond to requests for information and other time-sensitive intelligence requirements.
  • Perform additional mission-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least eight years of relevant intelligence analysis experience
    .

    OR

  • At least 12 years of relevant intelligence analysis experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

  • Experience conducting strategic all-source intelligence analysis.

  • Experience using analytic tools and databases to research, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple intelligence sources.

  • Experience conducting all-source counterintelligence analysis using intelligence disciplines such as SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and related reporting.

  • Ability to develop high-quality written intelligence products and other deliverables for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.

  • Experience preparing and delivering formal or informal intelligence briefings.

  • Experience with or working knowledge of all-source research tools and platforms such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, or comparable Intelligence Community systems.

  • Experience applying Intelligence Community analytic standards and familiarity with ICD 203 and ICD 206
    .

  • Strong analytical, research, writing, editing, and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established production deadlines.

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with a current Counterintelligence Polygraph
    .

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience briefing General Officers, Flag Officers, members of the Senior Executive Service, or similarly senior government officials.

  • Knowledge of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, law-enforcement, or counterintelligence missions.

  • Familiarity with peer review, intelligence product evaluation, or analytic quality-control processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex intelligence findings into clear, actionable assessments for senior decision-makers.
