C4I Analyst; Kill Chain Analysis), Junior

Overview

Streamline Defense is seeking a junior-level C4I Analyst supporting the Kill Chain Analysis Branch at the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

• Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
• Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
• Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
• Conduct daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs and their sensors, communication architecture, command and control, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with emphasis on threats to Marine Corps equities
• Produce written and graphic products including kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines
• Identify gaps in Branch and Service knowledge and resolve them through research, collection, analysis, and production
• Produce timely formal intelligence products in accordance with Kill Chain Analysis Branch production planning and ad hoc RFIs
• Maintain understanding of adversary ISR, kinetic, and non-kinetic weapon systems and the adversary targeting cycle, information flow, and decision making

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Experience with all-source analysis of adversary C4I, ISR, or targeting systems
• 3+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (an additional 4 years of relevant experience, 7 years total, may substitute for the degree)
• Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and to apply structured analytic techniques

• Prior military targeting, fires, or intelligence experience
• Experience producing graphic intelligence products
