- You will plan and lay out work from electrical and electronic block diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical orders.
- You will perform functional tests to determine if any operating defects are present by exploration of probable reasons and to locate equipment, component, and/or subassembly malfunctions.
- You will install, overhaul, repair, fabricate, and or modify various types of electronically controlled industrial equipment characterized by moderate complexity of design, construction, and function.
- You will perform preventive maintenance on electronic control systems to include disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration.
- You will review work order requirements reflecting systems to be overhauled, repairer, fabricated, or modified.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- Work conditions require the employee to drive a government motor vehicle. The employee is required to maintain a government driver's license at all times for this position. Government driver's license training will be provided by the government.
