Senior Software Developer

Requirements Must have

• High school diploma plus 9 years of relevant experience, or equivalent commensurate experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• IAT Level II certification
• Working knowledge of reading and writing PL/SQL code
• Familiarity with DoD/DoN networks
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with Service Now

• Design, code, test, and maintain software applications and systems in support of NCIS
• Build and develop applications or modules using languages such as PL/SQL, C++, .NET, Visual Basic, ABAP, Java, and HTML
• Deliver patches and upgrades to existing systems
• Contribute to system planning and deployment activities while ensuring software compliance standards are met
• Design graphical user interfaces when needed to support user requirements
• Prepare operating instructions and maintain development, operations, and user documentation
• Analyze system capabilities, data flows, input and output requirements, and technical constraints to resolve issues
• Develop add-on modules using application programming languages
• Create and update applications based on specifications using the appropriate tools
• Maintain and modify existing software applications and operational procedures
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and specifications

We are hiring a Senior Software Developer to support the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in Quantico, Virginia. This is a hybrid role within the United States. The position offers a posted salary range of USD $140,000 to $150,000 per year.
