Una società alberghiera in Sardegna cerca un/una Resort Manager per gestire operativamente e strategicamente la struttura. Il candidato ideale avrà un forte orientamento al risultato e alla guest experience, possedendo almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili. Responsabilità includono la supervisione delle aree operative, monitoraggio dei KPI economici e gestione di un ambiente di lavoro positivo. Sono richieste elevate capacità relazionali e conoscenza fluente dell'inglese.
