Diploma of Collegial Studies in Administration;

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;

Experience in construction administration is an asset;

Good command of the Office Suite;

Excellent command of English grammar;

Good organizational skills;

Great administrative rigour, attention to detail;

Discretion;

Multitasking and efficiency.

What you will do to complete this mission successfully:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team;

Tracking internal/external changes to the abbreviated subcontract on the Procore application;

Processing of the management team's timesheets;
Cost tracking of certain subcontractors;
Order office supplies, track inventory and track costs;

Event planning (reservations, meals, etc.);

Internal follow-up and follow-up with subcontractors in connection with the documentation required for the

Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for clean technologies;

Perform all other administrative tasks.
