Required As a Wealth Management Assistant, you play a key support role for the advisor or a team of advisors by carrying out all administrative and operational tasks related to managing the 360° offering. Your role is to implement, from an operational standpoint, the solutions proposed by the advisors in collaboration with the support team. You have the leadership skills required to take charge of member and client requests and resolve various administrative situations while maintaining our high standards of quality.
You coordinate and prepare communications between members and clients, their advisors, and their expert partners. Your privileged and regular contact with clients requires you to be proactive and anticipate future events. You take appropriate measures and monitor the evolution of members’ and clients’ situations. Your mastery of interpersonal relationships is therefore an essential skill. Your actions aim to meet members’ and clients’ needs while ensuring their complete satisfaction and supporting business growth.
You leverage your ability to achieve results while ensuring sound risk management and compliance, as well as adherence to current practices and policies. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Prepare the documentation needed for meetings with members and clients
- Manage advisors’ calendars and voicemail
- Open accounts and complete forms
- Handle certain information requests, conduct necessary research, and propose solutions tailored to members’ and clients’ needs or, when required, refer them to the appropriate person
- Participate in producing reports, presenting statistics, and preparing related documents
- College diploma in a related field
- Knowledge of French is required
