- Perform general administrative tasks such as handling mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems
- Create and maintain patient records in the CRM with accurate and regularly updated information
- Act as a liaison between team members and manage inbound and outbound calls
- Review and analyze documents for Adverse Events and report findings accordingly
- Assist with processing copayment requests and maintaining various reports for the business location
- High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience with Sales Force software is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
