What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as handling mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems
  • Create and maintain patient records in the CRM with accurate and regularly updated information
  • Act as a liaison between team members and manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Review and analyze documents for Adverse Events and report findings accordingly
  • Assist with processing copayment requests and maintaining various reports for the business location
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience with Sales Force software is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proven ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
