We are seeking a dynamic and driven bilingual Administrative Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, energetic and possess strong communication and organizational skills. The Administrative Support Associate will support the daily operations of the sales team, understand employee benefits data and pricing, and compare data across companies. The role requires understanding the “why” behind the “how” and strong critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities- Offer administrative support to the sales team.
- Understand the sales process and participate in processing the business with excellence.
- Work with systems required for the Sales Support Associate duties in sales and renewal processes.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure proposals are processed and released in a complete and timely manner to business partners.
- Perform data entry in our systems.
- Assist the service team with the preparation of new group submissions.
- Understand the renewal process and participate in processing related business.
- Acknowledge and raise opportunities to the sales team.
- Provide backup support to other positions on the team as required.
- Take on ad-hoc assignments when needed.
- Bilingual (French and English) required, as the role serves clients with English and French needs.
- Post-secondary education.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Adept with numbers, formulas, and data comparison.
- Understanding of the end-to-end sales process and its impact on next steps.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; ability to learn other software (RS4, ARC, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 (One Note, One Drive, Word, Teams, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail; good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the group benefits industry is an asset.
The base salary for this position is between $45,600.00 and $68,400.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components (e.g., annual bonus, commissions). If selected to move forward in the recruitment process, your recruiter will discuss additional details of the total rewards program.
