In this role, you will assist the Executive Director and contribute to creating a welcoming Community Hub for participants and volunteers. Your responsibilities will involve administration, coordination, and ensuring high standards of service delivery across Québec operations. A hands-on, customer-oriented approach is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate programmatic and logistical operations effectively
• Provide support in delivering CNIB community programming
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and reports
• Facilitate virtual and in-person team meetings
• Manage inventory and handle office supply orders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• At least two years in administration or customer service
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities
