Electronic Document Management Specialist

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
Implement and administer retention measures for the automated archiving of documents;
Configure and manage retention, sensitivity and sensitivity labels;
Operationalize classification plans and retention schedules;
Use and configure the document management and records management features of Microsoft 365;
Ensure metadata management as well as thesauri integration and term standardization;
Manage the entire life cycle of records, including disposition, deposit, transfer and destruction;
Ensure the transfer or transfer of documents to third-party systems;
Ensure the application of rules and best practices in document management.
The profile sought is as follows:
Hold a DEC, a bachelor s degree, a certification or any other relevant training;
Have at least five years of experience in electronic document management;
Have at least five years of experience in the field of multifunctional collaborative platforms;
Have completed at least one mandate to implement an electronic document management (EDM) solution with Microsoft SharePoint within a major organization;
Have a good command of the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online;

Experience with classification plans, retention schedules and retention labels;
Knowledge of the principles and standards applicable to document management and document preservation, particularly those of Bibliothèque et Archives nation ales du Québec.
