What you will accomplish with usAs a Student

, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Reviewing and responding to new requests received in the team’s mailbox;
- Answering employee questions by phone or email according to established guidelines;
- Following up with vendors regarding invoicing and ensuring invoices are processed;
- Managing the opening and administrative follow-up of disability files, including activities in various systems such as employee records, notifications to external providers, updates to the main database, and departure notifications to managers;
- Providing administrative support to the Global Health team in implementing improvement projects related to disability management and other related activities;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing processes;
- Supporting the team with any other related duties.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently a student in a related field;
- Is available to work a minimum of 21 hours per week during academic terms (daytime, Monday to Friday);
- Stands out for their proactivity, efficiency, and discretion in carrying out their duties;
- Demonstrates a high level of autonomy;
- Has a strong customer focus and a high degree of professionalism;
- Is recognized for their organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and commitment to quality work;
- Demonstrates an interest in health and safety in the workplace;
- Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing, in the course of administrative duties, with English-speaking colleagues and internal and external partners across Canada on a weekly basis;
- Has excellent French language skills, both spoken and written.

The typical hiring range for this position is $23.50 to $28.75 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies according to years of study and the position status (student or intern).
