Serve the rural communities of Wood Buffalo as a Rural Office Clerk in Janvier. This casual clerking position requires excellent communication and customer service capability.

Working closely with the Indigenous & Rural Relations department, you will perform clerical and receptionist duties in rural community offices. The ability to handle diverse inquiries and maintain confidentiality is crucial. This role also emphasizes supporting municipal services and the local community's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support reception in the absence of Coordinator

• Accurately respond to internal and external inquiries

• Process various municipal service payments

• Maintain basic knowledge of office services

• Conduct general office maintenance duties

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED

• At least two years of office experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software

• Familiarity with office equipment usage
