Position: WSP Facilities Operations Coordinator

Join WSP as a Facilities Operations Coordinator to create exceptional office environments. You’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and support the needs of employees across Canada every day.

This position requires your expertise in facilities coordination, where collaboration, organization, and customer service are key. Working closely with various stakeholders, including administrative staff and service providers, you will support essential workplace initiatives and operations.

Your role will be integral to maintaining a conducive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain functional and safe office environments daily

• Provide guidance to Facilities Administrative Specialists

• Assist in developing and implementing workplace policies

• Support office relocations and employee orientations

• Coordinate with landlords and contractors for repairs

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in facilities or office administration

• Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong customer service and communications skills

• Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities
