Transaction Technician

• Process redemption requests and transactions related to individual annuity contracts
• Code and update information in computer systems, including contract issuances, deposits, transfers, and other transactions
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation associated with transaction requests
• Process a high volume of diverse requests within established service standards and deadlines
• Contribute to operational quality in a fast-paced individual savings and retirement environment
• Follow established policies and procedures while supporting clients and business partners

• Able to commute to the office and work on-site daily
• Proficiency with various computer applications and systems
• Accuracy, meticulousness, and attention to detail
• Excellent judgment, autonomy, and prioritization skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure
  
  Relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or transaction-processing environment is considered an asset
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Ability to process transaction files, respond to clients and internal teams, and communicate daily with clients or financial institutions
