  • Has a strong tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty, as well as experience in complex business environments.

  • Is recognized for communication, synthesis, and simplification skills, both orally and through clear, impactful visuals, and can adapt messaging for varied audiences (senior management, project teams, operations, distributors).

  • Shows strong ability to build an influence network and create bridges between colleagues, fostering collaboration and consensus.

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in administration, MIS, computer science, or equivalent, and has at least 15 years of experience in information technology, including significant experience in business architecture and in the insurance and individual savings sector.
