Strategic Carrier Manager

Lead carrier relations at Vantage Data Centers in Québec as a Strategic Carrier Manager. This pivotal role demands engagement with carriers to boost satisfaction and operational efficiency across multiple North American campuses.

You will partner with telecommunications providers, focusing on contract management and strategic business development. This role not only emphasizes excellent interpersonal skills but also requires a thorough understanding of fiber and colocation environments. Foster executive-level partnerships and oversee contract negotiations to ensure compliance and mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong partnerships with carrier sales and engineering teams

• Manage carrier contracts, amendments, and renewals

• Conduct business reviews and drive engagement initiatives

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless operations

• Enhance visibility of carrier performance and inventory

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field

• At least 5 years in carrier or vendor management

• Experience in telecommunications or data center operations

• Bilingual proficiency (French/English)
