With over 5 years of experience, you will not only manage strategic tasks but also foster a collaborative environment by mentoring junior analysts. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive large-scale actuarial projects with strategic focus

• Mentor and coach junior actuarial analysts

• Lead discussions on business strategy and opportunities

• Conduct technical and peer reviews to enhance outcomes

• Work on diverse projects including reserving and corporate planning

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in actuarial roles, preferably P&C

• University Degree or equivalent experience

• Preferred certifications: ACAS or FCAS

• Proficient with Python, Excel, VBA, or SAS

• Bilingual candidates must speak English and French
