In this position, you will leverage your project administration background (3-5 years) to support budgeting, performance tracking, and document management activities. Your advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills will be valuable as you monitor project performance metrics and assist with forecasting activities. Fluent communication in French and English will be vital for managing multi-party collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring costs, revenues, and project schedules
• Support preparation and submission of client invoices
• Maintain project documentation and compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers and sub-consultants
• Analyze financial data to identify variances and risks
Requirements:
• Degree in project management, finance, or similar
• 3-5 years project control experience required
