As an Operational Risk Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing operational controls, assisting in monitoring performance, and supporting the development of a solid risk management culture. Your responsibilities will include drafting documentation, analyzing incidents for improvement, and producing key reports to aid decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish consistency in level 1 controls and documentation

• Conduct monitoring of control execution and effectiveness

• Prepare reports on key risk indicators and performance

• Support operational incident analysis and action plans

• Foster relationships with stakeholders for operational excellence

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline

• Up to 2 years of experience in risk management

• Familiarity with risk control concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
