Joining Thales’ Financial Shared Services team, you will manage essential processes like Procure to Pay and Order to Cash. Your responsibilities will include verifying invoices, ensuring compliance, and liaising with internal teams. You will also work with international clients to address and solve billing issues, supporting critical financial operations in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily transactions for accounts payable and receivable

• Verify invoices and purchase order compliance thoroughly

• Manage expense reports and adhere to travel policies

• Resolve discrepancies with suppliers effectively

• Conduct monthly account reconciliations with suppliers

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years in financial service roles

• Proficient with Excel and Word applications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar

• Bilingual in English and French
