As part of the FP&A Team, you will build and oversee key reporting mechanisms in Pigment that facilitate better business execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the close process with precise reporting

• Optimize and automate financial models and systems

• Develop dashboards and support operational reviews

• Provide essential ad-hoc financial analysis

• Enhance ROI insights for better business strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in financial or consulting roles

• Experience with Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan preferred

• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; SQL understanding is a plus

• Focused on detail and outcomes in analysis

• Strong ability to collaborate with various organizational tiers
