Position: Head of Finance Operations at Dexian

Take charge as the Head of Finance Operations at Dexian for a 12+ month term. Your leadership will optimize business performance through strategic financial oversight and team development.

In this pivotal role, you will manage a skilled finance team while ensuring that all financial operations align with business goals. Key duties include leading the budgeting process, conducting gap analyses, and overseeing inventory and asset assessments. Your proactive approach will identify opportunities for process optimizations and financial improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

• Ensure comprehensive financial performance control measures

• Conduct periodic gap and deviation analysis reports

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting responsibilities

• Manage negotiation processes for contracts and offers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CPA is preferred

• 8+ years in finance within manufacturing or distribution

• Proven success in strategic planning and negotiations

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office; fluent in French and English
