As a Wealth Associate with National Bank’s Wealth Management team, you will engage closely with clients and advisors. This role suits someone with a commitment to superior customer service and strong communication skills. By helping manage client accounts and coordinating activities, you will facilitate client success and advisor effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective communication among clients and advisors

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

• Analyze client accounts to support wealth advisors' business development

• Execute transactions related to investment accounts

• Schedule client meetings and coordinate advisor agendas

Requirements:

• College diploma in a related field

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Familiarity with compliance and risk management rules
