This hybrid role allows you to work from either Mississauga or Ottawa, focusing on financial reporting and analysis across plants in Ottawa and Redcliff. Your responsibilities will include leading month-end closings and ensuring robust internal controls while conducting analyses to drive operational improvement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide month-end close and reporting processes

• Ensure thorough inventory verification and compliance

• Analyze manufacturing variances and performance drivers

• Coordinate plant budget development and status tracking

• Partner with management for operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• 8+ years of relevant financial experience

• Solid analysis and communication skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency and SAP knowledge

• Ability to build interdepartmental relationships
