Position: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis Role

Agropur in St-Hubert, Quebec is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Take charge of financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting in this key leadership role.

As the Senior Director FP&A, you will guide the financial planning function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing financial forecasts, supervising the FP&A team, and creating dashboards for senior management.

Your role will significantly influence decision-making and financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies

• Provide insights via dashboards for management review

• Foster collaboration across departments for accurate forecasts

• Lead financial modeling for strategic investments

• Prepare board reports and internal presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum of 20 years' experience in finance, 10+ in management

• Track record of successful FP&A team leadership

• Experience in public companies preferred

• CPA as an asset
