RBC is seeking a Residential Mortgage Specialist to act as an ambassador within various communities.
This role offers opportunities for leadership and the development of staff skills while assisting customers in finding suitable financial solutions for their needs. Responsibilities include event coordination and daily branch operations oversight under the Assistant Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capitalize on market opportunities within the community
• Lead and support the team in skill development
• Prepare and coordinate event documentation for seamless service
• Assist as Assistant Branch Manager supervising operations
• Guide customers to optimal financial solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum two years experience in retail or customer service
• Willingness to learn and contribute to financial operations
