Position: Finance Controller for Manufacturing Site
Location: Quebec

In this role, you will lead financial management by preparing monthly and annual financial statements. Experience in cost analysis and inter-company account reconciliations is crucial. Your ability to establish relationships with key stakeholders will also facilitate accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Conduct detailed cash flow and budget forecasts

• Supervise outsourced accounting processes as required

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws

• Facilitate communication with auditors and tax authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

• 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing

• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory

• Profound knowledge of internal control systems

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and Oracle preferred
