Your proactive approach will drive improvements while you resolve complex cases and deliver exceptional service to clients and advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Universal Life insurance policy change requests
• Process and code complex transactions in information systems
• Prepare policy illustrations and customized quotes
• Administer investment loans and recovery management
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and tools
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written
• Proactive, autonomous, and dynamic individual
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and communicate effectively
