As a UP Analyst, you will play a key role in the analysis, processing, and optimization of complex files related to Universal Life insurance products and financing solutions. Responsibilities Analyzing requests for changes to Universal Life insurance policies and assessing their impact on the insurer’s risk as well as the tax implications for clients.
Processing, coding, and analyzing complex transactions in information systems, including various accounting tasks such as account and policy value reconciliation.
Responding to the needs of clients and advisors regarding individual Universal Life insurance policies, including preparing policy illustrations and producing customized quotes.
Producing financial analyses and administering complex solutions such as investment loans (IRIS) and Collateral Loan Agreements (CLA), including recovery management and the preparation of legal documentation.
Collaborating with internal teams and partners to support complex cases, analyze data and reports, recommend process improvements, and contribute to the evolution of tools, systems, and software.

Demonstrates a solid ability to manage complex cases and resolve challenging situations.
Known for a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Has 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Has an advanced level of French and English, both spoken and written, due to daily interactions with English and French speaking clients and partners across Canada.
