Financial Solutions Consultant – Overview

As a Financial Solutions Consultant at iA Financial Group, you will provide personalized financial guidance to members of group savings and retirement plans, helping them make informed decisions and build long‑term financial well‑being.

• Act as a trusted financial resource for members of group retirement and savings plans by providing personalized financial advice.
• Encourage early engagement and increased contribution rates so members can fully benefit from employer matching and tax advantages.
• Promote the consolidation of external assets into group plans to simplify financial management and support asset growth.
• Support members approaching retirement by helping them understand their retirement income options.
• Assist clients during key life events by providing basic financial guidance tailored to their situation.
• Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to track engagement and identify targeted opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with support teams to ensure operational efficiency and the successful delivery of special projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in financial advisory services, wealth management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• A demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial concepts and make them accessible to a diverse client base.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and manage a high volume of client interactions.
• Autonomous, highly organized, and a strong team player.
• Proficiency in English (advanced level) and fluency in French, both oral and written.
