This senior finance leader reports to the VP of Finance and serves as a vital business partner to Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

Your role will encompass manufacturing costing, pricing analysis, and financial planning while managing compliance. You will ensure robust financial processes that align with the company’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial aspects of manufacturing accounting

• Oversee costing methodologies and IFRS compliance

• Support inventory and production financial reporting

• Partner with Operations to analyze production variances

• Own SKU pricing, margins, and profitability calculations

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• CPA designation required

• 10+ years in finance and accounting

• Strong experience in manufacturing accounting

• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
