Position: Credit Manager at FCC (Hybrid)

In this permanent role, you will analyze agriculture loan applications, make credit decisions, and provide guidance to lenders. You will need a degree in agriculture or business along with three years of lending or adjudication experience. Your ability to assess risks and apply credit policies while collaborating with lenders will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate agriculture loan applications and credit requests

• Assess credit risks and apply relevant policies

• Collaborate with lenders to create customer-centric solutions

• Prepare rationale for higher-level approvals as needed

• Mentor and coach lenders across FCC's channels

Requirements:

• Degree in agriculture, business, or commerce

• Minimum 3 years related lending or adjudication experience

• Strong knowledge of agricultural trends and risk mitigation

• Proven decision-making skills within credit frameworks

• Bilingual English and French is a strong asset
