Location: Val-d'Or
Financial Management and Accounting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting operations (closing entries, reconciliations).
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Produce financial reports for management and governing bodies.
- Collaborate with external and internal auditors.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations (Revenu Qubec and CRA).
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of financial forecasts.
- Support operational teams in analyzing results.
- Participate in the improvement of internal controls.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data within SAP.
- Participate in the optimization of financial systems.
- Contribute to special projects (grants, tax credits, etc.).
- Continuously improve financial processes.
- Perform any other related duties associated with the position.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- CPA designation (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
