Influence strategic financial decisions at Coveo as an Accounting Analyst. You’ll be pivotal in managing share-based compensation and equity transactions while optimizing financial processes.

Coveo is seeking an Accounting Analyst to enhance financial reporting and improve accounting treatment for strategic transactions. With at least two years of relevant experience and a CPA designation, you will collaborate internationally in a bilingual environment. Your detail-oriented and proactive approach will drive collaboration across finance functions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for share-based compensation and equity transactions

• Prepare and oversee tax credit and grant applications

• Transform financial data into actionable insights through analyses

• Support compliance activities for international subsidiaries

• Partner cross-functionally to meet financial reporting needs

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in a similar accounting role

• CPA designation or equivalent education/experience

• Fluent in French and English

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness
