In this vital role, you'll connect with clients to understand their banking, credit, and investment requirements. As a trusted RBC ambassador, you will leverage technology for client education and facilitate smooth transactions. Expect to build relationships in the community and proactively resolve any banking challenges clients may face.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients across branch and community to uncover needs

• Educate clients on banking solutions and digital tools

• Respond to client inquiries with full transaction support

• Listen actively to understand individual client needs

• Resolve and prevent client banking problems proactively

Requirements:

• Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain

• Passion for client-focused sales and services

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Digital literacy with various devices required

• Bilingual in English and French for client support
