Lead the financial strategy for the U.S. Life Insurance sector as Senior Director of Actuarial Services. Focus on financial optimization, growth, and operational excellence within a multidisciplinary team.

In this senior leadership position, you will advise the executive team on crucial financial and strategic matters.

Your role includes guiding the development and execution of the strategic plan, particularly around profitability and new market exploration. You will also initiate value creation through financial engineering strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on financial and operational priorities for the sector

• Develop and execute the strategic growth plan

• Lead financial engineering initiatives and capital optimization

• Ensure timely delivery of financial reporting to the CFO

• Support exploration of new strategic markets

Requirements:

• 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field

• MBA or FSA designation is an asset

• Advanced proficiency in English

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
