Credit & Collection Coordinator at Linde

Embrace a full-time position as a Credit & Collection Coordinator with Linde, a global leader in industrial gases. Contribute within the Accounts Receivable Team while utilizing your expertise in collections.

This integral role reports directly to the Manager, Credit & Collections. You will manage a portfolio of accounts to enhance cash flow, reduce DSO, and improve collection practices. Additional tasks include analyzing payment patterns and maintaining documentation of collection activities to support performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in projects for best collection practices

• Manage accounts for reduced bad debts and improved cash flow

• Schedule updates with Key Account Managers

• Maintain documentation of collection activities accurately

• Reconcile billing discrepancies and flag at-risk accounts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Finance or Accounting

• Over five years of collections experience required

• Proficiency in ERP systems like JD Edwards or SAP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
