Job Description:

Customer Experience Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, advising solutions, resolving concerns, achieving business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and recommending operational improvements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized operating procedures and regulations.
  • Determine customer needs and recommend the most suitable banking solutions with discretion.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating when necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.
  • Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through team effectiveness and performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and updating status of routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where possible.
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and detail‑oriented to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • Dynamic communication skills, verbal and written, calm, courteous, and effective.
