Responsibilities
- Analyzing requests for changes to Universal Life insurance policies and assessing their impact on the insurer’s risk as well as the tax implications for clients.
- Processing, coding, and analyzing complex transactions in information systems, including accounting tasks such as account and policy value reconciliation.
- Responding to the needs of clients and advisors regarding individual Universal Life insurance policies, including preparing policy illustrations and producing customized quotes.
- Producing financial analyses and administering complex solutions such as investment loans (IRIS) and Collateral Loan Agreements (CLA), including recovery management and the preparation of legal documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams and partners to support complex cases, analyze data and reports, recommend process improvements, and contribute to the evolution of tools, systems, and software.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proactivity, autonomy, and dynamism;
- Strong ability to manage complex cases and resolve challenging situations;
- Advanced level of French and English, both spoken and written.
